At Grom Dudes Garage, we strive to ensure that every order is handled with care and delivered promptly.

Order Fulfiliment: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Carriers: We ship using trusted carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS, depending on location and order size.

Special Orders
Items not regularly stocked in our store are considered special orders. A special order may also include any item that a customer requests by providing a specific manufacturer or distributor part number.

Special orders require full payment at the time of ordering.

Orders will be processed and fulfilled once payment is received and the item is available.

Delivery or pickup will be coordinated once the item arrives at our store.

Special orders must be picked up within 14 days of delivery to our store. Items not picked up within this period will be considered abandoned, and payment is non-refundable.
This policy ensures availability, confirms your commitment to the order, and allows us to manage inventory efficiently.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, returns may be made under the following conditions:

Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Documentation Required: All returns must include original receipts, manuals, tags, and any included accessories.

In-Store Returns: A valid receipt or invoice is required for all in-store returns.

Restocking Fee: All returns are subject up to a 25% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items: Electrical components, helmets, consumables, clearance or closeout merchandise, gift cards, and special-order items are not eligible for return.
- All helmet sales are final. Due to safety and hygiene concerns, helmets may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact our team at sales@gromdudesgarage.com or call us at (216) 202-0507 with your order number.

Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

Pack your item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number clearly on the outside of the box.

Ship the item back using a trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and label unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
Refunds

Refunds will only be issued after the returned product is received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

Provide photos of the packaging and product.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Additional Policies
Refused Packages: If a package is refused at delivery, the cost of return shipping and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Grom Dudes Garage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ship to a secure address.
Service Area: We currently ship only within the United States. Orders placed outside this area may be canceled and refunded.
Pricing Errors: We strive to keep all pricing accurate; however, errors may occasionally occur. If an item is listed with an incorrect price due to a technical, supplier, or human error, Grom Dudes Garage reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund prior to shipment. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be sent to the original payment method.
