Moto Membership

• Moto Cash is available only to registered Moto Membership accounts.
• Online orders must be placed while logged into your Moto Membership account.
• In-store purchases must be associated with your account by providing your registered email address or phone number.
• Guest Checkout purchases do not qualify for Moto Cash.
• Moto Cash is earned at 5% of the final eligible merchandise subtotal after discounts.
• The maximum Moto Cash earned is $50 per qualifying order.
• Moto Cash is typically credited within 24 hours of your qualifying purchase.
• Moto Cash cannot be earned or redeemed on labor, service charges, taxes, shipping, gift cards, special orders, excluded brands, or other restricted items.
• When Moto Cash is redeemed, new Moto Cash is earned only on the remaining eligible merchandise amount after Moto Cash has been applied.
• Promotions, discounts, coupons, and sale pricing are reflected before Moto Cash is calculated.
• Moto Cash does not expire.
• Moto Cash cannot be redeemed for cash, applied toward a payment method, or exchanged for store credit.
• Moto Cash balances cannot be transferred between customer accounts.
• Each customer may maintain only one Moto Membership account. Duplicate accounts may be merged or removed at our discretion.
• Accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, excessive returns, or misuse of the Moto Cash program may have rewards revoked or account privileges suspended.

Grom Dudes Garage reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Moto Cash Rewards Program at any time without prior notice. We may limit, revoke, or cancel rewards or account participation in cases of abuse, fraud, misuse, or violations of these terms. Any valid Moto Cash earned prior to program changes will continue to be honored.
