From a kid who couldn't stop taking things apart to the owner of a thriving motorcycle business, Joey's story is the definition of passion turned profession.

The journey started in a shed so small you could barely swing a wrench in it. Just 8x8 feet of pure determination, where Joey graduated from fixing bicycles to working on motorcycles. Somewhere along the way, the nickname "Grom Dude" stuck, and eventually that name became the foundation for what would officially become Grom Dudes Garage. Soon, word got around. One friend's bike became two, then ten, then several hundred. Before long, Joey became the go-to guy for riders who wanted their machines done right.

By late 2022, his two-car garage had transformed into the official Grom Dudes Garage. Joey balanced a day job with countless nights spent under fluorescent lights, his hands perpetually covered in grease, building something far bigger than himself. He even earned a career diploma as a motorcycle repair technician through sheer dedication. The local riding community took notice, and they were impressed.

2024 marked a major turning point. Grom Dudes Garage moved into its first real commercial space, and business exploded. More than 100 five-star reviews came in within the following year. Not too bad for a guy who started by taking apart toys.

In 2025, Joey took things to the next level. Grom Dudes Garage moved into a spacious 3,300-square-foot building, creating room for more motorcycles, parts, riding gear, and customers. Sales skyrocketed as the business became a trusted destination for motorcycle parts and service. With more than 230 five-star Google reviews, the growth was unlike anything Joey had experienced before, and he was accomplishing it all at just 23 years old.

Grom Dudes Garage continued expanding into a full-service motorcycle parts dealership, representing dozens of top brands. Riders weren't just coming in for repairs. They were coming to upgrade, customize, maintain, and get the most out of their machines.

In 2026, the focus of Grom Dudes Garage shifted heavily toward retail sales. What started with just a dozen helmets on the shelves quickly grew to more than 100 helmets in only five months. Our tire selection saw the same kind of growth, going from roughly 35 tires to more than 120 in a short period of time. Instead of taking those profits out of the business, Joey continued investing them right back into Grom Dudes Garage, constantly expanding the storefront, adding more products, and creating a better selection for riders.

That investment helped transform Grom Dudes Garage into much more than a service shop. The storefront continued filling with parts, accessories, helmets, tires, and riding gear, giving customers a place where they could find more of what they needed under one roof. At the same time, the new online store opened the door to customers outside of Northeast Ohio, allowing Grom Dudes Garage to continue growing both locally and online.

Customers could now shop online or visit the physical store, while members could earn 5% Moto Cash on qualifying purchases. The business had grown beyond being just a local motorcycle shop. It had become a growing retail operation serving riders both locally and across the country.

And the growth hasn't stopped. Grom Dudes Garage has continued building its reputation through customer service, competitive pricing, quality products, and a genuine passion for motorcycles. With more than 270 five-star reviews and a rapidly growing customer base, the business continues to push forward while staying true to the same principles that started it all.
