The extremely lightweight CE Level 2 and UKCA certified Nucleon Flex Proi Full Back Protector Insert delivers full-length coverage and advanced protection with maximum flexibility. Featuring a highly ventilated hybrid of Nucleon Cell and Nucleon Flex technology, it provides an optimal balance of force dispersion and ergonomic adaptability. A soft-touch 3D mesh liner enhances rider comfort, while the full-length design is approximately 22% longer than standard back protector inserts.

Compatible with all Alpinestars sport and touring jackets released since Spring 2022, the Nucleon Flex Proi insert takes advantage of the double-pocket system, allowing riders to enjoy full-length protection like a fixed back protector but with the convenience and practicality of an insert.

The hybrid construction combines the strength of Cell technology with the flexibility of Nucleon Flex. The dual-zone outer shell features a solid Cell structure core framed by a more flexible 3D Cell layer for initial impact absorption, reinforced by the Nucleon Flex layer in the central back zone. Backed by a breathable soft-touch 3D mesh liner, this protector ensures optimal airflow and long-lasting comfort for the rider.
