Service Restrictions

At Grom Dudes Garage, we only service name-brand street motorcycles from 2006–2026, including:

Yamaha, Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki, BMW, Aprilia, Triumph, KTM, Indian, Harley-Davidson, Kymco, Vespa, Piaggio, Zero, CF Moto.

We do not service off-brand or imported motorcycles with known durability or quality concerns, including:

Venom, Boom, XPro, DongFang, Jasscol, Hawk, Lifan, Vitacci, Roketa, IceBear, Lexmoto, Belmonte, HHH, Lamphle.

Additionally, the following services are not provided:

  • Major engine work, including valve adjustments, engine rebuilds, and timing chain or tensioner repairs (clutch and stator services are available)

  • ECU or carburetor tuning/cleaning

  • Frame modifications or custom fabrication

  • Off-road vehicles or parts removed from them

  • Repair of damaged or bent wheels, or spoked wheel realignment

  • Trikes or Can-Am models

  • Extensive electrical repair or diagnostics for severe harness damage


Customer-Supplied Parts & Shipments

We primarily install parts purchased directly through our store to ensure proper fitment, quality, and warranty support. Parts from third-party retailers may not be shipped to our location without prior approval; any unauthorized shipments will be refused or subject to a handling and processing fee.

Customer-supplied parts are not guaranteed for fitment or condition and may be subject to increased labor rates. Any additional time required due to improper fitment, missing components, or compatibility issues will be billed accordingly.

Grom Dudes Garage is not responsible for any incorrect, damaged, incomplete, or failed parts supplied by customers or external vendors.


Vehicle Condition

We reserve the right to decline service if a motorcycle is not in fair condition. This policy ensures the safety of both customers and technicians.


Appointment Policy

All services require a scheduled appointment. Walk-ins are not accepted. Scheduling ensures each motorcycle receives the attention and care necessary for high-quality service.

Please note: We do not allow overnight or after-hours drop-offs. All vehicles must be dropped off during scheduled business hours.

Drop-Off Form

Customers must complete a drop-off form prior to service. The form collects:

  • Contact information

  • Motorcycle details

  • Requested service or work

This allows our team to complete services accurately and efficiently.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. This helps us accommodate other customers and manage workflow effectively.


Payment Options

We accept:
Cash, Debit/Credit Cards, Zelle, Mobile Wallets, ACH Transfers, and Contactless Payments.

We do not accept checks

Processing fees may apply:

  • Debit/Credit Cards: 3%

  • ACH Transfers: 1%


Coupons

Discount codes are available for online orders only and cannot be applied in-store.


Sales Tax

All services and parts are subject to applicable state and local sales tax. Final prices include the required sales tax for full transparency.


Storage Fees

Motorcycles not picked up within 2 business days after service completion are subject to a $25/day storage fee. Exceptions may be granted for inclement weather, including cold, rain, or snow.
